How to run these mods?

To make these cars work in your GTA VICE CITY you need Vice City Mod Manager and wheel mod.
Vice City Mod Manager is a tool that allows you to install these mods in your game.
Wheel Mod shows the wheels of the car that you have added in the game.If its not installed the wheels of the original cars will be displayed.
